Bring the outdoors in if Caves is your Human Design Environment

Human Design is a self-discovery system that is based on the science of the ancients. In the same way that we apply our birth chart in astrology, human design gives us an energy profile by looking at the time we were born, where and when. It is a synthesis of a logical system that brings together principles of the I Ching, astrology, Kabbalah, chakra system and quantum physics. The system is designed to help us understand our unique personality, strengths, and weaknesses, and to make decisions that align with our most authentic expression. It is a complex and multifaceted system, and it can take some time to understand and apply.

The Environments emphasizes the importance of aligning your surroundings to atmospheres that stimulate and inspire, nourish and soothe.

Human Design environments refer to the places, spaces, and situations in which an individual's distinct human design type and composition can be expressed and realized. These environments can be physical, such as a home or workspace, or they can be social, such as a community or group of like-minded individuals. Human Design environments can also be internal, such as a state of mind or emotional state that allows for authentic expression. In this case, we’re looking at how our hd chart tells us the type of surroundings that are the most nourishing.

Cave Environments really want to feel safe.

Do you tend to notice when you do or don’t feel safe in your surroundings? Pay special attention to how are you oriented? Is your back facing an entryway?

Cave environments are indoor people who usually dream of being outdoors or having a place in the country but who thrive indoors in cave-like environments. It may be about not working in an open office floor plan or having your home environment be one you completely control, hosting rather than attending, and needing a cocoon like environment to sleep well. You might find the floor of your walk-in closet a cozy place to do some thinking or decompress.
